The bonding surfaces between each layer and the coating contain 8.6% of components other than paper. The "Saturn S2/S4" is a stretch wrapping machine that adopts a rotary ring method where a film reel rotates around a stationary package, designed for space-saving. "SoniXs" is a band welding technology equipped with Mosca's proprietary ultrasonic sealing head. It transmits low-amplitude, high-frequency vibrations to both ends of the plastic band, and the sonotrode, which is the core of the high-speed sealing unit, joins the ends of the band. This achieves excellent seal consistency and safely protects the package.
