We would like to introduce "fine particle calcium hydroxide" that we handle. It is a calcium hydroxide, which has antibacterial effects due to its alkalinity and gas adsorption effects for hydrogen sulfide, hydrochloric acid, and other gases. As a result of evaluating a product with 10% added to LDPE sheets, we confirmed an antibacterial effect with a reduction rate of over 99.9% against E. coli. "Slalric" is a high-concentration calcium hydroxide for slurry that is surprisingly smooth despite its high concentration. It features excellent dispersion when dissolved in water and has high dispersibility that makes it resistant to settling over time. It maintains low viscosity even at a high concentration of 50% w/w. Since the main component is slaked lime, there is no need to handle hazardous materials or toxic substances. "QC2-S" is a highly hygroscopic calcium oxide with small particles and rapid reaction properties. Compared to our conventional products, it has a D50 of 3.2μm, making it a fine particle that supports a wide range of applications, including water absorption and heat generation functions. We also handle calcium oxide that meets food additive standards and pharmaceutical use. "Shimonko Light" is a white powder for deodorants that has a unique layered structure. It physically captures bad odors in the "interlayers" where crystals overlap and traps them inside. The ions in the interlayers and surface layer can bind with odor components both physically and chemically, making it possible to suppress the re-release of bad odors. It exhibits a high deodorizing effect against hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and others, significantly reducing the "re-release" of absorbed odors compared to activated carbon. "META-Z L40" is a composite active zinc oxide that uniformly combines active zinc oxide with calcium carbonate. Due to its small primary particle size and high specific surface area, the contact efficiency with foaming agents is significantly improved. It enables foaming promotion at lower temperatures, reducing the foaming temperature of PVC by 30°C. Compared to general zinc oxide, it can reduce zinc content by 60%, and due to its high activity, it exhibits equivalent performance with a smaller amount of addition, thus reducing the overall raw material costs of the formulation. "META-Z 102" is a high-purity active zinc oxide synthesized by a wet method. Compared to regular zinc oxide, it has a smaller primary particle size and a higher specific surface area, resulting in high reactivity. The reaction efficiency with acidic substances such as stearic acid and vulcanization accelerators is significantly improved. Due to its high reactivity, it can form a dense and uniform crosslinking within rubber, enhancing the tensile strength of the rubber. The "META-Z L Series" is a composite active zinc oxide that uses calcium carbonate as a core (base) and is densely coated with zinc oxide on its surface. Due to its small primary particle size and high specific surface area, it exhibits equal or superior rubber properties even when blended with the same amount of general zinc oxide (equivalent substitution). By replacing the high-density zinc oxide with calcium carbonate, it contributes to the overall lightweight of the product.
