S54 is a two-axis piezoelectric deflection stage in θx and θy with a large aperture. It features a frictionless flexible hinge structure design that offers fast response speed and high closed-loop positioning accuracy. The 80×80mm aperture allows for easy integration into microscopy and scanning optical systems.
