The "Briquetter BP" is a compression and volume reduction solid machine that prevents dust dispersion and enables efficient storage and transportation operations. It can compress and solidify dry processing scraps such as wood, paper, resin, and fibers, allowing for volume reduction. We design models according to factory production conditions, including compact type BP52, standard types BP58/65/82, and types equipped with multiple presses in the hopper, as well as large machines. We would like to introduce our company's cooling equipment and screening for wood pellets. Cooling and screening are essential processes for producing high-quality pellets. The "cooling equipment" increases the strength of the soft and brittle pellets, which are nearly 100°C immediately after molding, and prevents them from breaking down. We would like to introduce our company's "packaging, weighing, and supply equipment" for wood pellets. Wood pellets typically have a diameter of 6 to 8 mm, a length of 5 to 30 mm, a bulk density of 650 kg/m3, and a calorific value of 4000 kcal/kg. They are a dust-free, environmentally friendly alternative energy source to fossil fuels, characterized by excellent flowability, uniformity, and high energy density. Additionally, wood pellets are delivered in small bags as stove fuel and in bulk bags or dedicated bulk trucks as boiler fuel. The "PMP" is a small, mobile pellet plant. It is equipped inside a container with a shutter, and can be easily installed and moved with a detachable container vehicle. Due to its small scale, it allows for easy switching between various raw materials.
