The TPI program is a psychological test developed based on research from the MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory), completed in 1962 at the University of Tokyo using a unique questionnaire method. Under the leadership of Sadayasu Matsudaira, a new scale was created for the development of human resources in the workplace, which our company has computerized.
