Our company was established as a separate entity from Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. in 2003. We develop and manufacture cutting tools made of cemented carbide, CBN sintered bodies, and diamond sintered bodies (trademarks: Igetaloy, Sumiboron, etc.), as well as optical components for lasers. Product development and production are carried out by us, while planning and sales both domestically and internationally are handled by the Hard Metal Division of Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd.
