Our company offers a centralized control system (CCS: Concentrated Control System) aimed at minimizing tank inventory and optimizing logistics for large-scale manufacturing plants such as steel production, oil refining, and chemicals. We aim to unify the current three-tiered production management/inventory management system, including the lowest DCS layer, into a single system. This involves constructing an IoT communication and cloud-based database that consolidates all data from each tier into one database. Using all data down to the lowest plant data, we will calculate appropriate production plans through artificial intelligence (AI) and multivariable computation functions, enabling direct instructions to be given to the "control system = current situation: DCS, referred to as CCS in this document," which is closest to the site. This will allow us to build a platform for minimizing tank inventory and optimizing logistics.
