We are collaborating on value-added molding with our customers by creating unique materials based on the theme of OOC (Out of Compound).
The members of the company are primarily retirees from various enterprises, but all of them are rich in experience and knowledge, and they will assist you in solving your problems. Additionally, in order to realize OOC, we have installed injection molding machines and prepared about ten types of plasticizing mixing screws to assist in the development of long-fiber reinforced resins, filler-reinforced resins, and our own developed materials. We also perform molding of ISO dumbbells for physical property evaluation, and if necessary, we can request cooperation from partner organizations (such as industrial testing laboratories) for physical property evaluation and data collection. Please utilize us as a "one-stop consultation center for plastic materials and processing."
Business Activities
With a 100-ton injection molding machine and various screws, tuning for customer material development can be easily achieved (approximately 3 kg of resin/compound for planned development). For molding processing, we collaborate with partner companies to develop molding methods tailored to specific purposes. In terms of reinforced fibers, we aim for a carbon-neutral society by utilizing recycled carbon fibers through reinforcement with carbon fibers and natural fibers, as well as through the use of post-processing thin-walled (achieving up to 1.8 mm) sandwich molding equipment with recycled resins.
