At Soar 22, we conduct inspection and assembly of electronic and electrical components. The factory is a two-story building with reinforced concrete. The first floor is 67.36 m² and the second floor is 64.00 m², totaling 131.36 m². We have equipment including LID taping machines, microscopes, magnifying glasses, small clean air units, ionizers, and tape cutting machines. ■Appearance inspection and assembly of electronic and electrical components 【Electronic Component Assembly】 Insertion of sealing plate jig Align the front and back, as well as the direction of the sealing plate after inspection, and insert it into a dedicated jig for deformation confirmation again. Installation of SIGNAL PIN Insert SIGNAL PIN 20mm×0.8φ up to the stopper part of the curled processing socket. Use a magnifying glass and tweezers to align the recess of the PIN with the plating/mold jig for installation. 【Appearance Inspection of Electronic Components】 Appearance inspection of sealing plates Conduct appearance inspection for electronic component press parts measuring 1.75mm×1.35mm×t0.05mm to 30mm square×t1.00mm using a magnifying glass and microscope for scratches, dirt, deformation, etc. Appearance inspection of automotive parts Conduct appearance inspection for automotive press parts measuring 1.5cm×7.0cm using visual inspection, magnifying glass, and microscope for scratches, dirt, deformation, etc. 【Cover Tape Sealing】 Manually insert electronic components into embossed carrier tape, perform cover tape sealing, and wind onto reels. Tape type: Embossed carrier tape Tape width: 8, 12, 16, 24, 32, 44, 56, 72mm Reel diameter: φ700mm MAX Cover tape reel diameter: φ210mm
