■Variable Valve Components We manufacture components for variable valve timing mechanisms. For this product, which requires high precision and high strength, we contribute to cost reduction through complex shaping using multi-stage molding technology, processing reduction by imparting shapes with high-precision molds, and strengthening through high-density manufacturing methods. ■Sprockets and Pulleys We provide low-cost and high-precision sprockets and pulleys without machining. We mainly manufacture sprockets for roller chain types and silent chain types. Particularly for the silent chain type, which requires high strength, we are responding with technologies such as high-density manufacturing and steadily increasing our achievements. ■Oil Pump Rotors The IPR (Intelligent-Profile-Rotor) is our original sintered oil pump rotor featuring a patented tooth profile characterized by high discharge efficiency, low friction, and low noise. It contributes to improved fuel efficiency and noise reduction. Additionally, leveraging its high efficiency, we are expanding our achievements in the production of small rotors for electric oil pumps and similar applications. As a design service, we offer customization of tooth profiles and suggestions for port shapes according to customer requirements.

Our Fe-Cu-C series high-strength materials achieve 1.6 times higher strength through increased density and can also be used as an alternative to nickel-containing materials. Advantages of high-density materials: Larger mass allows for the utilization of inertial forces, high wear resistance, and improved rigidity. Advantages of high-strength materials: Enhanced load-bearing capacity, strong against impact and fatigue, and expected longer lifespan. Our manufacturing method allows for partial densification, which also enables cost reduction.

Helical gears are utilized for their low noise, low vibration, and minimal torque variation, but the helical tooth profile is often difficult to shape and tends to be high in cost. With our shape-forming technology, we provide low-cost, high-precision helical gears.
