Daiyamet Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Higashi-ku, Niigata City, President: Hiroshi Iii) will exhibit at the "TECHNO-FRONTIER 2026 41st Power Supply System Exhibition" held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 15 (Wednesday) to 17 (Friday), 2026, showcasing the isolated DC-DC converter circuit method "TriMagiC Converter (TM)" that simultaneously achieves high power, high conversion efficiency, and miniaturization. At this exhibition, we will display prototype boards of 1.6kW and 3.3kW isolated DC-DC converters using the TriMagiC Converter (TM) circuit method, as well as introduce a lineup of pressed powder cores for transformers and resonant coils. Since last year, we have expanded our product lineup and will propose magnetic materials suitable for various applications, including high permeability and low loss materials. Additionally, we will showcase a mock-up of the PoL (Point of Load) converter for AI servers, which is being developed in collaboration with the Yamamoto Masayoshi Laboratory at the National Institute of Technology, Nagoya University. By viewing the actual size, visitors can experience the potential for high power density and miniaturization required for next-generation power supplies.

Daiamet Co., Ltd. will exhibit at the "Automotive Technology Exhibition 2026 NAGOYA" held at Aichi Sky Expo from June 17 (Wednesday) to June 19 (Friday), 2026, showcasing the "sintered spur gear using high-density heat treatment material" for the cooling module for BEVs (Battery Electric Vehicles), which won the 2025 Industrial Association Award (New Product Design Category) from the Japan Powder Metallurgy Association. This product is a spur gear used in the valve for switching the flow path of the cooling module for BEVs. By combining sintered materials with unique heat treatment technology, it achieves both high strength and high airtightness, addressing the issues of strength and wear resistance that were challenges with resin gears. Additionally, to tackle the airtightness issues caused by the pores unique to sintered parts, high airtightness is ensured by optimizing the steam treatment conditions, enabling mass production. This technology is expected to see further adoption as the BEV cooling module market expands. At the venue, we will introduce a wide range of our products and technologies, including the newly exhibited sintered spur gear for EV cooling modules, cores for servo motors, various motor cores, transformers for DC-DC converters, sintered mechanical parts, and sintered oil-embedded bearings.

Daiamet Co., Ltd. will exhibit at the "Automotive Technology Exhibition 2026 YOKOHAMA," held at Pacifico Yokohama from May 27 (Wednesday) to 29 (Friday), showcasing the "sintered spur gear for EV cooling modules using high-density heat treatment materials," which is mounted on the cooling module for BEVs (Battery Electric Vehicles) that won the Japan Powder Metallurgy Association's 2025 Industrial Association Award (New Product Design Category). This product is a spur gear used in the valve for switching the flow path of the cooling module for BEVs. (Headquarters: Higashi-ku, Niigata City; President: Hiroshi Iii) will intensify its efforts to develop the North American market, leveraging its core strength in next-generation insulated DCDC converter circuit technology, the "TriMagiC Converter." The company will exhibit at APEC 2026, one of the world's largest international conferences on power electronics, held in San Antonio, Texas, USA, from March 22 (Sunday) to March 26 (Thursday), 2026. At the exhibition booth, various prototype circuit boards (PoL, 1.6kW, 3.3kW models) featuring the circuit technology of the "TriMagiC Converter," equipped with the company's powder core in the transformer, will be displayed, along with powder core products for transformers and resonant coils. Additionally, case studies of PoL converters resulting from collaborative research with the Yamamoto Laboratory at the Institute of Future Materials and Systems, Nagoya University, National Institutes for the Humanities, will also be introduced.
