Our company was founded in 1882 (Meiji 15) in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture, as a soy sauce brewery. While based on traditional fermentation techniques, we have expanded our food manufacturing technology to include various sauces, powdered soups, liquid soups, barbecue sauces, noodle dipping sauces, dressings, spices, canned foods, retort foods, and frozen foods. Moving forward, we will continue to contribute to society by delivering a variety of products that you can appreciate, while cherishing our good traditions and sincere corporate culture.
