■Resin Coating ●Mini Coat Method Developed in France in 1975, the Mini Coat Method is a processing technique that involves no hanging points, no holding, and no contact, often referred to as a non-contact coating method. Due to the absence of hanging points, it allows for uniform coating across the entire surface, eliminating the need for repairs and providing excellent aesthetics and corrosion resistance. Additionally, high productivity is one of the attractions of the Mini Coat Method. ●Fluidized Dip Coating Method Developed in 1952 by Knapsack-Griesheim in West Germany (at the time), the fluidized dip coating method involves placing a porous plate at the bottom of a fluidized tank, adding powder to the tank, and blowing air to fluidize the powder within the tank. The preheated workpiece is then immersed in the fluidized powder, causing the powder adhering to the surface of the workpiece to melt and flow, forming a continuous coating. We also accept coating in color. Coatings can be specified not only in achromatic colors like white, black, and gray but also in various colors, so please feel free to consult us.
