Our area of expertise is the processing of cutting tools through friction welding. We perform friction welding between the cutting edges and shanks of tools such as drills, end mills, reamers, and taps, followed by turning operations for finishing. We also handle special processing such as deep hole machining with gun drills and long drills. Based on the extensive experience accumulated since our establishment, we are able to understand the needs of each customer and provide reliable and speedy responses. We have a sister company, "Toho Denyo," which manufactures a wide range of precision parts for industrial machinery and mechatronics, as well as components and tools for conveying equipment and mold accessories. Additionally, "Dong Ya International" in Taiwan is involved in the procurement of machine parts.
