Founded in 1965, we are a company located in Ome City, Tokyo, specializing in the production of precision and fine processed products. We have responded to various requests for etching processing, sometimes devising and prototyping techniques, to achieve flat and fine finishes that cannot be replicated by other processing methods, producing extremely small and thin products that require high skill, and processing complex shapes that may seem impossible at first glance. At Chemical Print, we realize etching processing that exceeds customer expectations, backed by our technical capabilities and experience gained from nearly 60 years of challenges and achievements.

■What is etching processing? It is a technology that utilizes the corrosive action of chemicals such as ferric chloride solution to dissolve and process metals. This technique can meet demands that were impossible with press punching processing. ■Advantages of etching High-precision processing without burrs or distortion. It can process multiple items simultaneously, making it suitable for mass production. Expensive jigs required for press processing are not needed, significantly reducing initial costs. It allows for short lead times in manufacturing and shipping, making it ideal for prototypes. ■Processable materials and thicknesses Iron | Stainless steel | Copper alloy | Kovar 0.01–2.0 | 0.005–2.0 | 0.01–2.0 | 0.05–1.0 (Unit: mm) Aluminum | Silver | Molybdenum | 42 alloy 0.01–2.0 | 0.01–0.2 | 0.05–0.2 | 0.03–1.0 (Unit: mm) We also accept individual requests beyond the above, so please contact us for details.
