The grinding wheel used is thinner than that for flat grinding (tip of the grinding wheel ~0.02mm), allowing for the processing of complex and fine shapes. Additionally, we can process complex shapes with a tolerance of ±1μm. We handle flat grinding processing using diamond grinding stones, moving the workpiece set on the table from side to side to precisely finish thickness dimensions and surface roughness. The tolerances we can accommodate are ±0.001mm, and the parallelism and perpendicularity accuracy is always below ±0.002mm. We can process punch cutting edges with a thickness of up to 0.07mm through flat grinding. Additionally, the maximum size of the workpiece we can handle is a thickness of 50mm and a width and height of approximately 100×100mm.
