Introducing the blade-type canvas cleaning device "AOKI Cleaner" that we handle, along with the changes observed in the canvas after its installation. Due to the high stickiness of the residual ink heated in the dry part, pitch has adhered in spots on the canvas surface. Before installation, we were rubbing the surface with a metal brush while rotating the canvas during the SD process. We would like to introduce the amount of residue and the special blade of our blade-type canvas cleaning device, the "AOKI Cleaner," after 7 days of operation. The adhesive substances on the canvas surface are peeled off due to the foil phenomenon (suction effect) generated in the space created by the special shape of the blade tip. Under the influence of contact pressure, the adhesive substances fuse together one after another, expanding and growing into a band-like form. The band-like surface accumulates a large amount of paper dust while simultaneously removing fiber content.
