This is a belt-type oil skimmer that collects floating oil from coolant tanks and other sources. With the included impeller generating convection, the floating oil is drawn in, allowing for a fast recovery speed! We offer two types: a stand type that can be used immediately by simply placing it in the tank, and a magnet-fixed type that can be attached to the lid using a powerful magnet.

It can be mounted on the spindle of a machining center to perform cleaning inside the machine and on the workpiece. The nozzle angle can be automatically adjusted and fixed to any position within a range of ±110°. (A jig for changing the nozzle angle is set up in advance inside the machine, and the angle is changed by "touching" it there.) It cleans thoroughly in hard-to-reach areas and places that are difficult to clean manually! It can also be used on machining centers without an orientation function.

Common issues with resin nozzles: - Cannot withstand high pressure, causing angle changes... - Chips get tangled and come off... - Concerns about leaks and damage... With SUS coolant hoses, you can maintain position even under high pressure, and they offer exceptional durability!
