Our company has been involved in the development of image processing inspection systems since 1985 and possesses extensive experience in developing various inspection devices. In the image inspection solution business (appearance inspection and surface inspection), we provide surface inspection systems that use cameras to inspect various defects that occur in the PTP packaging process of pharmaceutical manufacturing customers, such as tablet breakage, foreign substances on tablet surfaces, discolored tablets, foreign substances on sheets, and seal defects, for industrial materials like film, paper, and ferrous/non-ferrous materials. In addition to our unique inspection algorithms and lighting technologies, we leverage know-how from various industries to support the improvement of our customers' product quality.
