Semiconductor Pressure Sensor "AT7 Series"

Ultra-compact package of 4×4mm. Capable of outputting high-precision digital signals with ±1.5% FS at temperatures from 0 to +85℃.

The "AT7 series" is a semiconductor pressure sensor that supports the output of high-resolution digital signals in a super compact 4×4mm package. The miniaturization of the package and the inward-folded leads achieve space-saving, reducing the mounting area by more than 72% compared to our conventional products.
