The REX02 is a self-propelled auto-loader with a maximum travel distance of 20 meters and a transportable weight of 3 kg. By operating the loader in the aisles typically used by workers, we ensure installation locations and work efficiency. Safety is guaranteed by installing covers within the robot's operating range. The sensors detect workers to prevent collisions and contact, creating an environment where the robot loader and workers can collaborate. We would like to introduce our pallet-mounted work changer, 'REX13'. Workpieces can simply be loaded onto the pallet, and the loaded pallet can be placed in the designated position using a forklift. There is no need for operators to handle the loading or installation inside the machine. The "REX16AMR-III" is a high-precision positioning AMR that utilizes AMR units from TriOrb and collaborative robots from TechMan ROBOT. It achieves corrections not only in the X-axis (forward direction) but also in the Y-axis (approach direction) and θ-axis (rotation direction), allowing it to operate in narrow passages and small intersections.
