We support 3D modeling of freeform surfaces and complex design shapes used in product appearance. Based on sketches, concept models, and existing CAD data, we incorporate design intent into 3D shapes while confirming the connections between surfaces, changes in cross-sections, radii, edges, and relationships with surrounding shapes. Not only do we reproduce shapes, but we also model while checking the overall proportions, surface composition, and details from the perspective of product design. We also accommodate the examination of organic enclosures and complex appearance shapes that are difficult to construct in mechanical CAD, taking into account existing design conditions for design surfaces.

We support 3D CAD modeling focused on product appearance and enclosures using Siemens Designcenter (formerly NX). Based on design sketches, existing 3D data, and design requirements, we construct shapes considering the intent of product design. We also accommodate changes to the appearance based on existing models and the creation of CAD data to transition from design proposals to design considerations. Not limited to simple CAD input, we also support modeling that involves examining shapes, surface composition, and details from the perspective of product design. We provide assistance according to the development status of projects, including data collaboration with development and design departments using the Designcenter/NX environment.

We respond to product design for products used in close proximity to people, such as medical devices, healthcare equipment, and care-related products. Taking into account usage conditions such as operation areas, display areas, ease of cleaning, grip, and installation, we consider an appearance that is easy for medical professionals and users to handle, without imposing excessive intimidation on the surroundings. We ensure cleanliness, safety, and trustworthiness as a product, including shape, CMF (color, material, finish), and details. We support from new development to the renewal of existing products in collaboration with the development and design departments.

While considering the components such as displays, control sections, connectors, sensors, batteries, and internal circuit boards, we balance usability, visibility, portability, and installation with aesthetic design. Depending on the product's application and usage environment, we consistently examine the casing structure, CMF, and details. We can assist from new development to the renewal of existing products and series expansion, in collaboration with the development and design departments.

Based on conditions such as internal equipment layout, frame structure, door and maintenance access, control panels, and manufacturing methods, we balance functionality, manufacturability, and aesthetic design. We also cater to not only new developments but also the aesthetic refresh of existing equipment, series expansion, and brand design. In collaboration with the development and design departments, we provide support according to the product development situation, from concept and appearance design to 3D CAD, CMF, and design follow-up during prototype and mass production stages.
