HELIX Corporation manufactures water plasma hazardous waste treatment devices on a made-to-order basis and provides consumable replacements and maintenance services. When water is in a plasma state, it possesses high chemical reactivity, and the generated O·H·OH radicals work particularly effectively in the treatment of organic waste. The OH radicals decompose organic matter with their strong oxidative power, while O radicals and H radicals suppress the recombination of decomposed organic matter into harmful by-products. The treatment devices come in truck-type and container-type formats. The truck-type device is mobile, allowing for on-site treatment of difficult-to-process materials at their discharge and storage locations. This eliminates the risks associated with transporting difficult materials and simultaneously leads to cost reductions. The specifications of our devices are based on a semi-custom approach tailored to the basic configuration that generates water plasma and the treatment targets. While water plasma is particularly suitable for the treatment of organic materials, we also welcome inquiries regarding the treatment of inorganic materials.
