CarbGeM Inc. provides digital transformation (DX) and AI solutions specialized in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Building on capabilities in medical data analysis, image-analysis AI, generative AI, and application development, we work together with academia, medical institutions, and companies to support the full journey from research and development through to real-world implementation. We have particular expertise in developing AI-based Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), navigating regulatory affairs, and establishing Quality Management Systems (QMS), backed by a proven track record of obtaining medical device approvals and notifications. We advance industry-academia partnerships around early-stage AI and data-science research emerging from academia, with technical implementation, clinical application, and commercialization firmly in view. We take the same approach with our corporate partners, pursuing co-creation to move research and new business initiatives forward while keeping technical implementation and regulatory requirements in mind. As a partner in joint research and new business development, we would welcome the opportunity to exchange ideas on areas where our expertise can add value—including data-collection design and the preparation of AI-ready data, DX/AI implementation, and the planning of regulatory and exit strategies. We would also be glad to take an active role in securing funding for joint projects.
