This is a metal parts factory located in Higashi-Osaka. We handle a wide range of products including mold components (custom punches and dies) and industrial machine parts (pins, shafts, jigs), and we specialize in processing die steel (SKD11) and high-speed steel (SKH51). We are equipped with both cutting and grinding facilities, and after cutting, we perform heat treatment followed by grinding (internal, external, flat), L2 (hard turning) processing, and wire processing to achieve micron tolerances.
