We handled everything from process analysis, material preparation, CNC rough machining, natural aging, CNC finishing, finishing work, inspection, cleaning and photography (for customer confirmation), to packaging and delivery. Considering the characteristics of PEEK, we formulated a process plan in advance. We carried out the entire process from process analysis, material preparation, CNC machining, sheet metal processing, inspection, thorough cleaning, to individual packaging and delivery.
