"Reny XH/XL grade" is a composite injection molding material primarily composed of polyamide XD10 derived from plant-based raw materials. It offers two grades with different melting points: the XH grade is a high melting point type (melting point 290°C) with high crystallinity, while the XL/XJ grade is a low melting point type (melting point 215-225°C) that allows for good appearance even with high filler content and glass fiber. This contributes to further weight reduction. With low water absorption and low specific gravity, it excels in water absorption properties and dimensional stability, and its moldability has improved compared to conventional Reny (mold temperature 130°C). 【Features】 ■ Two grades with different melting points ■ Contributes to further weight reduction ■ Low water absorption, low specific gravity ■ Excellent water absorption properties and dimensional stability ■ XH grade: High crystallinity, excellent chemical resistance, superior high-temperature properties ■ XL/XJ grade: Can be molded at temperatures lower than 130°C, improved moldability *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

The "Iupital EF Series" is an environmentally friendly polyacetal product that Global Polyacetal (GPAC) plans to supply in collaboration with Mitsubishi Gas Chemical (MGC). The MGC Group is promoting an environmentally circular platform called "Carbopath," which manufactures environmentally compatible POM products by replacing natural gas with sustainable raw materials. They are advancing a methanol production project that uses CO2, bio-based raw materials, and waste plastics as feedstock. Each company in the supply chain is working to obtain ISCC PLUS certification, and following a mass balance approach, certified raw materials will be allocated to POM products for supply. 【Features】 - Manufacturing environmentally compatible POM products by replacing natural gas with sustainable raw materials. - ISCC PLUS certification has been obtained by companies in the MGC Group's supply chain. - Commencement of product supply derived from biomass raw materials. - Future consideration of POM supply derived from CO2 and waste plastics. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

The "Iupital ST Series" is a polyacetal copolymer that features flexibility, high impact resistance, and excellent weld adhesion. Compared to conventional flexible technologies, it demonstrates superior impact resistance even at low temperatures. It offers a range of grades with varying flexibility, allowing you to select the appropriate grade with the desired characteristics for your application. It achieves the coexistence of flexibility, impact resistance, and weld adhesion, which has been challenging with conventional technologies, thus resolving the cracking issues at weld joints that have been a problem with traditional flexible POM. 【Features】 ■ Superior flexibility and impact resistance compared to standard POM ■ Creep characteristics equal to or better than standard POM ■ Superior impact resistance (at low temperatures), weld adhesion, and thermal stability compared to conventional flexible technologies ■ Coefficient of dynamic friction equivalent to standard POM in sliding tests against the same material, standard POM, and S45C *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

"LEMALLOY CN51HL" is a newly developed flame-retardant grade based on PPE/PA66 alloy. It is a material suitable for connector applications where flame resistance is required, featuring excellent low water absorption properties of PPE/PA66 alloy, and it is characterized by its resistance to property degradation during water absorption. It has excellent long-term heat resistance, with minimal property degradation at high temperatures. Additionally, it possesses good resistance values as an insulator and maintains sufficient resistance values even after water absorption. 【Features】 ■ Flame retardancy of UL94 V-0 at 1.5mm thickness ■ Excellent low water absorption properties of PPE/PA66 alloy ■ Dimensional change rate during water absorption is less than 50% of that of pure PA, demonstrating excellent dimensional stability ■ As a non-reinforced material, it has low anisotropy in dimensional changes ■ Resistance to property degradation during water absorption ■ Excellent long-term heat resistance with minimal property degradation at high temperatures *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
