We will replace and update the aging emergency generator. If issues such as engine starting failures, fluid leaks, strange odors, or unusual noises are left unaddressed, it could lead to a situation where power cannot be supplied during emergencies. By replacing it with the latest emergency generator in accordance with laws such as the Fire Service Act, we enhance safety and stability, minimizing risks during power outages. We can respond nationwide. Estimates for replacement costs are provided free of charge.

• Generators and transmission motors

We will conduct load testing of emergency generators as required by the Fire Service Act. We accommodate both implementation types (simulated load tests and actual load tests) and preventive alternative measures (internal inspections and parts replacements). Emergency generators require internal inspections every six years, and annual inspections are also mandatory. GearMix will select appropriate methods and conduct inspections and tests in compliance with regulations. We will respond quickly from five locations nationwide (Osaka, Tokyo, Nagoya, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka).

We provide mold removal services, anti-mold treatments, and special cleaning. We have extensive experience in facilities that require hygiene management, such as supermarkets and food factories. We remove mold from the root and also carry out anti-mold treatments to prevent recurrence.

• Disinfecting and antibacterial products

We provide maintenance inspections for cubicles, cubicle construction, load testing for emergency generators, and replacement of emergency generators. We offer comprehensive support from safety management of electrical equipment to construction. We are available nationwide.

• Generators and transmission motors

We conduct exterior wall inspections, sounding surveys, sealant work, tile repairs, waterproofing, and sign repairs using rope access methods. Since scaffolding is not required, we can achieve cost reduction and shorten construction periods. We also accommodate work in narrow spaces and high places, and we can respond quickly when needed.
