ASHUN specializes in custom hydraulic cylinder solutions that meet the unique requirements of our customers. With decades of experience and solid technical expertise, we deliver high-quality products trusted worldwide. In particular, we have earned long-standing trust as the only overseas OEM exclusive supplier for KYB Corporation, a major Japanese manufacturer, since 2002. Our product lineup includes a variety of specifications such as single-acting cylinders, double-acting cylinders, welded structures, and tie rod types. Additionally, we are flexible in accommodating special designs, including telescopic, piggyback, rephasing (synchronized), and "valve-integrated cylinders" featuring cartridge valves. In terms of manufacturing capacity, we can handle cylinder inner diameters up to 500mm and strokes up to 6,000mm. We have established a production system capable of producing 20,000 units per month, allowing us to meet order and mass production needs of all sizes without compromising on quality, even for small lots.

We would like to introduce our helical hydraulic rotary actuator, the 'RA Series 21MPa'. With a gear-driven design that employs a helical structure, it converts the piston’s linear motion into rotational motion. By combining the inner helical gear with the outer piston helical gear, the outer helical gear, integrated with the rod, operates in conjunction with the inner piston helical gear.
