Sand casting is manufactured by two partner companies, accommodating both green sand and self-hardening molds. The scale of the factory is classified as somewhat large in Japan and medium-sized in China. However, there are not many companies in either Japan or China that can integrate the entire process from wooden pattern design and production to machining, inspection, and surface treatment. A significant feature of our company is that we have established a short lead-time production system based on an integrated production framework, and by building mutually beneficial relationships with partner companies for mold supply, we enhance manufacturing priorities and price competitiveness. Leveraging our relationships in mold manufacturing, we can supply a wide range of casting products beyond sand casting, including gravity die casting, low-pressure casting, lost wax casting, and die casting, with an overall casting production capacity of 20,000 tons of cast iron and 500 tons of aluminum annually. We apply management techniques developed in mold manufacturing to casting. By introducing casting solidification simulation software to predict filling flow and shrinkage voids, we reduce trial and error through Design For Manufacture (DFM), aiming for shorter lead times and lower costs.
