The "Hammer Crusher" is a coarse crusher that powerfully crushes large raw materials. The hammer pins attached to the rotor stand upright due to the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation, and the tips of the hammers deliver a significant impact force at maximum peripheral speed, crushing lump, sheet, and granular raw materials to about a few millimeters. When the hammer strikes hard or difficult-to-crack materials, it swings and repeatedly delivers impacts, allowing for a large crushing capacity with a small motor compared to crushing all at once with fixed hammers. The product particle size is determined by the rotation speed of the hammers and the hole diameter of the attached screen.
