"IoM Procurement" is a procurement support system specialized for the manufacturing industry. In the manufacturing sector, many companies use various means such as email, Excel, fax, and phone according to their business needs. As the number of projects and suppliers increases, we often receive inquiries about how progress management tends to rely on individual personnel. When it takes time to find information such as "who requested a quote from which company and when" or "whether we are waiting for a response or have already placed an order," it becomes possible to centrally manage the progress status and response status for each project, allowing procurement operations to proceed smoothly. [Features] ■ Originating from the manufacturing site: overwhelming practicality ■ Up to 70% efficiency improvement: securing strategic time ■ Eliminating dependency on individuals: becoming an asset for the organization *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

"IoM Procurement" is a procurement support system born from the manufacturing industry. Although similar parts have been purchased in the past, estimates and price information are scattered across emails, folders, and Excel files for each person in charge, making it difficult to quickly check past records. There is a need to utilize information such as "How much was purchased previously?" and "Which supplier was requested for similar products?" for the next procurement decisions. It accumulates and shares procurement know-how, which has previously relied on individuals, as data, including estimate history and price information. [Features] ■ Originating from the manufacturing site: Overwhelming practicality ■ Up to 70% efficiency improvement: Securing strategic time ■ Eliminating dependency on individuals: Transforming into an organizational asset *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

"IoM Procurement" is a system designed based on the knowledge cultivated in the manufacturing industry. Many companies have important information, such as "this company is good for this type of processing" or "this company excels in short delivery times," accumulated as the experience of individual staff members rather than within the system. In response to requests to preserve the procurement know-how held by individuals as company information, especially in the context of personnel changes and staff shortages, we aim to enable anyone to perform procurement tasks at a certain level. Through similar case searches and master management, we make procurement decisions reproducible. 【Features】 ■ Originating from the manufacturing site: overwhelming practicality ■ Up to 70% efficiency improvement: securing strategic time ■ Eliminating dependency on individuals: transforming into organizational assets *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

"IoM Procurement" is a procurement support system specialized for manufacturing industries that focus on a wide variety of small quantities and individual orders. Even companies that have already implemented ERP and core systems may find themselves in situations where "management after order confirmation is in place, but the processes leading up to that—such as request for quotes, comparisons, and communication with suppliers—are handled via email or Excel." Rather than completely replacing existing systems, we respond to the need to streamline the daily operations of procurement personnel while leveraging the current framework. We pursue truly user-friendly features based on practical work and transaction patterns from design to shipment.
