Showa Lightweight Alloys was founded in 1960 in Satocho, Chuo Ward, Hamamatsu City, where metal processing technology is concentrated. For over 60 years, we have honed our skills and accumulated experience solely in aluminum sand casting, passing down our craftsmanship. By integrating our skilled techniques with advanced technologies and equipment such as high-precision simulators for design planning, non-contact optical 3D scanning inspection technology, and surface CAD, we deliver high-precision, high-quality products in a short lead time. We use aluminum materials including AC2A, 2B, 2C, 4A, 4B, 4C, and 4CH, as well as die-cast materials like ADC12 and Silafont36, and we also provide prototypes such as aluminum sand castings for giga-casting and FC stack cases for fuel cell vehicles.
