Die-cast + UV printed pin badges are highly expressive original pin badges that combine the three-dimensional texture of metal with full-color printing. Zinc alloy is shaped using the die-casting method, and UV inkjet printing is applied directly to the surface, which has three-dimensional textures. UV printing allows for full-color and gradient expressions, as well as fine text and illustrations. By utilizing the metal's texture, it results in a design with a sense of three-dimensionality and depth, unlike flat printed pin badges. It is possible to create a variety of expressions tailored to the design, such as combining printed and metal parts.

Die-cast soft enamel pin badges are original pin badges that combine three-dimensional reliefs and complex shapes with vibrant color expressions using enamel. They are formed by pouring molten zinc alloy into a mold and filling the recessed areas with enamel paint. While taking advantage of the metallic texture similar to pressed soft enamel, they can achieve a three-dimensional and impactful finish. They are characterized by their ability to accommodate complex outlines, designs with cutouts, thicker shapes, and larger sizes. Compared to copper and iron, they are lightweight, and the manufacturing method offers cost advantages as the size increases.

Silk screen printed pin badges are recommended for original pin badges that can express simple logos or illustrations in vibrant colors and are suitable for mass production at a low cost. Using a technique called silk screen printing, a screen is created for each color, and the ink is layered to print. While it is not suitable for complex gradients like offset printing, it features vivid color reproduction for each color and a sharp finish. Especially for designs with a limited number of colors, such as three or fewer, it is easy to keep costs down, making it suitable for applications that require a large number of pin badges, such as events, campaigns, promotions, and free giveaway novelties.

By combining the four colors of CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) for printing, they can accommodate delicate multi-colored designs that are difficult to achieve with pressing or color separation. Especially for designs with many colors, they are more cost-effective compared to silk printing, which requires creating a separate plate for each color, making them recommended for mass production as well. By combining brass with gold plating, it is also possible to create a luxurious expression that retains the metallic shine in the text and logo areas, utilizing both printing and plating.

This enamel pin badge is a high-quality original pin badge that incorporates the technique of "Shippoyaki," a traditional Japanese craft. The glass-like glaze is applied by hand, fired at a high temperature of about 700 to 800 degrees Celsius for each color, and carefully polished. By finishing the base metal and colored parts smoothly, it creates a hard, beautiful surface with a unique luster and a sense of luxury. Compared to imitation enamel and other manufacturing methods, it has less aging deterioration, making it suitable for long-term use as company emblems, badges, and award pins. The imitation cloisonné pin badge is an original pin badge that reproduces the beauty of true cloisonné using modern technology, offering a sense of luxury. Enamel-based paint is applied to the recessed areas and baked at approximately 200°C to cure it, followed by careful polishing of the surface. By finishing the base metal (plated part) and the colored part to nearly the same height, it achieves a smooth texture and beautiful luster. It is characterized by excellent durability and weather resistance, making it easy to maintain its beautiful condition over a long period. Additionally, it allows for a wide range of color expressions while keeping costs lower compared to true cloisonné. It is recommended for uses that require quality and a sense of luxury, such as company emblems, award badges, member badges for organizations or clubs, and anniversary gifts.

Press soft enamel is a method for creating original pin badges by pressing metal to create reliefs, filling the recessed areas with paint to express designs. Compared to cloisonné and imitation cloisonné, it allows for finer lines in the base metal (plated parts), making it easier to express intricate designs such as characters, logos, and complex shapes. If no epoxy (transparent resin) is applied to the surface, the finish will feel the metal's relief, while applying epoxy results in a smooth and glossy finish.
