We will measure equipment, jigs, and parts using a 3D scanner and provide you with point cloud data. We can accommodate equipment without remaining drawings and parts that only have the physical object as a clue. Once the data is digitized, you can check the dimensions as many times as needed later. This eliminates the need to go on-site for measurements each time for interference checks during equipment updates, consideration of modifications, or remanufacturing parts. From scanning to 3D modeling, drafting, and strength calculations, we handle everything through the same point of contact. There is no hassle of having to request different companies for each process. We have compiled the pricing table, order process, and a checklist of information you need to prepare when making a request into a PDF.

We will identify the "stop, wait, return, accumulate" bottlenecks on-site and accompany you until improvements are implemented and established. We offer a combination of digital twin construction, predictive maintenance using IoT sensors, and proposals for labor-saving and efficiency improvements, tailored to the challenges faced on-site. Each cycle lasts three months, and we will deliver the results at the end of each cycle. For labor-saving and automation projects, we provide a report and a simple design diagram, while for digital twin projects, we deliver a dashboard of IoT sensor values. You can decide whether to continue at each stage, so there is no need to pay advisory fees for services you may not use. We digitize the site using 3D scanning, allowing you to test layout changes and automation proposals in a virtual space as many times as needed. We will demonstrate the effects and ROI with numbers. All systems operate within a closed network, and data will not be shared externally. The pricing table and the process for one cycle are summarized in a PDF.

We accept the development of parts drawings from assembly diagrams and punch drawings. To allow our in-house designers to focus on their core tasks, we take on the process of creating drawings. For existing equipment without remaining drawings, we can digitize the shape from a 3D scan of the actual object and create drawings from it. Additionally, we provide strength verification for frames and jigs (manual calculations / FEM analysis). We also accept verifications that include dynamic loads, such as the analysis of inertial forces during emergency stops of robot frames. The assumptions regarding load conditions, materials, and joining conditions will be clearly stated in the calculation report. We also accept new designs for devices and jigs aimed at reducing labor in transportation and work efficiency, with individual estimates provided. We have compiled a PDF that includes the price list, the ordering process, and a checklist of information to prepare when making a request.

Starting with 'Despite choosing materials that can withstand the weight, they still sway,' I will introduce the results of the calculation example (approximately 1 MPa becomes 85 MPa).

"I want to automate the transportation work with robots. However, I don't even know how much it will cost in the first place." Based on my experience of handling everything from item discovery to creating approval documents and design, I have summarized the cost breakdown by item. Taking the example of transporting a 10kg workpiece by flipping it onto a cart (with a two-person team including night shifts), the estimated cost is between 10 million and 20 million yen. Of that, the robot itself costs between 3 million and 4.5 million yen, which is only about 30% of the total. The remaining 70% consists of peripheral costs such as control panels, cameras, pneumatic systems, safety measures, construction, and design. This document explains the budgeting approach by calculating backwards from the fixed costs of workers and provides a breakdown of costs into 11 items (reference values). *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

"I know there are subsidies for labor-saving investments. However, I don't understand what aspects of my company's factory are eligible." Many small and medium-sized manufacturers feel this way. In environments with a wide variety of products and small quantities, the "catalog order type" cannot adequately address the needs, and most cases should be considered under the "general type." However, with the general type, it is necessary to demonstrate how much work time, personnel, and production volume change before and after implementation using "numbers." This is a part that is difficult for experts in documentation and procedures to navigate. This document explains the differences between the catalog order type and the general type, the main points where applicants struggle, and five characteristics of workplaces that are likely to be eligible, from the perspective of engineers who understand the field. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Standing in front of the refrigerator, I check the thermometer and write it down on the recording sheet. Forgetting to fill it out, summarizing later, and not noticing abnormalities during the night or on holidays are all burdens and risks associated with handwritten temperature records. HACCP records are also allowed to be stored as electronic data (automatic recording). However, there are specific considerations for refrigerators and freezers, such as difficulty receiving signals, batteries depleting quickly in low temperatures, and wiring potentially causing condensation. This document explains the automation mechanism, specific considerations for freezers, cost estimates, and five steps to start small with just one unit. It clearly states what can and cannot be done with the system, and for areas where it cannot be applied, we introduce reliable specialized companies. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

"Our machine is old, so we can't collect data." When opening the control panel, it uses relay control, and there are no ladder diagrams or blueprints left. However, even with such legacy equipment, data can be collected without touching the wiring at all. The information that can be obtained from the outside falls into three categories: (1) Current value: Just clamp a sensor around it. You can determine whether it's cutting, idling, or under abnormal load. (2) Vibration: Simply attach an external sensor. Wear and misalignment of bearings will show up in the waveform before they break. (3) Signal light: Clamp the signal line from the outside of the insulation to extract information about operation and stop. This document explains how to choose easy-to-handle sensors for the first step, methods starting from a few thousand yen, and the concept of connecting the collected data to predictive maintenance and digital twins. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our company is a labor-saving partner that accompanies the manufacturing industry on-site. The representative, who has been engaged in maintenance and design in the manufacturing field for many years, directly addresses the needs of clients, providing support that goes beyond mere proposals and actively engages in their operations. This service combines an annual plan contracted every three months with period improvements, allowing for flexible adjustments based on the situation. 【Challenges We Solve】 ■ When equipment stops, it takes time to identify the cause. ■ There are machines without drawings, or the dimensions of the drawings do not match the actual equipment. ■ Failures are always noticed "after" they occur. ■ There is anxiety about relying solely on the "intuition" of veterans, which is lost upon their retirement. ■ There is a desire to automate, but it is difficult to determine if the costs and efforts are justified. ■ There are no nearby experts to consult with. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
