The Apex Series 'AP-5100T' is a 3CMOS area scan camera that spectrally separates incident light into three wavelengths—red, green, and blue—using a prism, and captures images simultaneously with three independent CMOS sensors. It can accurately obtain RGB values for each pixel, fundamentally eliminating color crosstalk and false colors. Subtle color tone differences and low-contrast defects can also be captured as they are. It supports simultaneous use of different wavelength lighting (bright field, dark field, backlight, etc.) and achieves inspection throughput equivalent to multiple processes with a single unit.
