The Kimamori Senka line includes three types: "Fire Protect," which promotes "flame resistance: difficult to ignite just by applying," "Weather Protect," which promotes "high weather resistance: significantly strong against rain and UV rays," and "Virus Protect," which was released this February and promotes "antiviral (and antibacterial) effects on surrounding wood." The newly released "Red Cedar" promotes the appearance of red cedar wood as if it were white wood, encouraging the use of red cedar, which has often been avoided as a finishing material, and expanding the utilization of domestic cedar wood, which has been increasing in logging volume year by year. The 'Kimamori Senka' is a domestically produced high-performance wood coating made from plant oils. It combines boron-based flame retardant components with a plant oil base, allowing for flame retardant effects simply by applying it, known as 'FIRE Protect.' Additionally, it features a plant oil base with high weather resistance components (fluororesin + high UV cut agents), which can resist color fading for up to 8 years, called 'WEATHER Protect.' Utilizing natural materials such as linseed oil and natural pigments, it has minimal odor and no adverse effects on the skin. U-OIL Standard Type is a natural paint that primarily consists of flaxseed oil and safflower oil, and does not use any petroleum-based solvents or drying agents with irritating odors, thoroughly pursuing the "safety and security" of the inhabitants (it is the same product as the conventional U-OIL). It boasts excellent water repellency and dirt resistance, and additionally meets the requirements for natural paints such as quick drying, ease of application, and basic one-coat application, while achieving an almost odorless (low odor) ideal specification. A natural adhesive made from glue as the main raw material, mixed with edible plant oils such as wood vinegar from Iwate Prefecture, Aomori hinoki oil, and flaxseed oil. ● Formaldehyde emission is "0 (zero)," ensuring high safety. ● Strength comparable to white glue (according to compression shear tests conducted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Technology Research Institute). ● Drying time for achieving strength: approximately 24 hours.
