At Shiroki, we have long envisioned a "cross-market" business model that goes beyond the traditional practice of purchasing and selling paper, by also sourcing from our sales partners and selling to our suppliers. We have defined our business domain beyond just paper as "environment," and established the Environmental Solutions Division, with the vision of this division being "to improve the environment in a way that delights our customers," and the mission being "to understand our customers' challenges." Through three proposals—(1) improving the environmental impact through building renovations and prolongation of life, (2) proposing environmental improvements for factories, warehouses, and stores, and (3) proposing environmental improvements for residences—we aim to enhance our customers' environmental conditions while fulfilling a broad social contribution within the theme of the environment.
