The "TCC Series" is a toroidal core checker that allows for the evaluation of the quality of a toroidal core (core alone) without winding. The pass/fail judgment threshold can be set arbitrarily. A buzzer will notify you if the measurement is below the threshold. Additionally, it is possible to estimate the inductance (L) at a specified number of windings by comparing it with a reference core. The "SR-950/979/980" is a measuring transformer with good linearity in the low voltage range and low distortion. When our factory side purchased the "toroidal winding machine," both the American and German machines were produced under license in China, and their products were not satisfactory for us as manufacturers, being expensive and, critically, inaccurate in the number of turns. If nothing else works, we have newly rebuilt machines at our company. The winding machine we are selling this time was born from that. It features a design that allows for easy modification, is lightweight for easy handling, and ensures that the number of turns is accurate to ± zero. Currently, our factory has been operating without accidents for about nine years, accommodating two shifts. Of course, maintenance is essential.
