Compressed air is an important process and energy medium applied in various fields of industrial production. The intake air of the compressor contains contaminants, pollutants, and moisture such as water vapor, which can condense within the compressed air system. This condensed water can lead to significant cost increases (due to corrosion, clogging, etc.). These costs can be avoided by using the Ultrapac(TM) smart adsorption dryer. 〇 It is an integrated pre-filter that retains solid particles and liquid aerosols (oil/water). 〇 The downstream adsorption dryer adsorbs moisture in the compressed air down to a pressure dew point of -40°C. 〇 The remaining solid fine particles are retained by the integrated after-filter.

The (P)-GSL N filter element provides very economical pre-filtration and final filtration with a stainless steel filter medium that can be regenerated through ultrasonic cleaning and backwashing. It is designed to handle high-viscosity liquids and has a robust structure that can withstand a maximum differential pressure of 10 bar (flow from outside to inside). It meets the requirements for food contact applications in accordance with the US FDA CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) Title 21 and the EU requirements for food contact applications in accordance with European EC/1935/2004.

Additionally, the (P)-GS VE filter is economically viable as it can be regenerated through ultrasonic cleaning or backwashing, making it more effective in cases of high particle load. With a porosity exceeding 50%, it has a high collection capacity and can maintain low differential pressure while allowing high flow rates. The (P)-GS VE is designed to withstand a differential pressure of up to 0.5 MPa. The usable temperature range for the filter is -20°C to +210°C.

MF type filter elements are designed for the purification of compressed air and gas in industrial applications. The optimized design of the filter element's flow rate, combined with the assigned filter media and advanced manufacturing technology, minimizes differential pressure while ensuring high separation efficiency is continuously maintained. MF type filter elements use three-dimensional microfiber fleece coated with borosilicate glass fibers, providing both oil-repellent and hydrophobic properties. By utilizing various filtration mechanisms such as direct impaction, sieving effects, and diffusion effects, they can retain liquid aerosols and solid particles as small as 0.01μm in the filter.

• Pneumatic Equipment

The 3-stage filter DF-T (DF-Three) is used for purifying compressed air and gas in industrial applications. This filter element integrates three purification stages into one filter. 1. A coalescer for removing oil aerosols and oil mist. 2. Activated carbon adsorption (filling layer) for removing oil smoke and other hydrocarbons. - Complies with the standards for oil in compressed air quality class 1 according to ISO 8573-1:2010. 3. High-performance particulate removal filter. - Complies with compressed air quality class 1 according to ISO 8573-1:2010. Thus, the 3-stage filter is convenient as a point-of-use filter for applications requiring the highest quality compressed air and where installation is only possible in confined spaces.

The PG-EG filter multiple housing has been developed for the purification of pressurized air and other technical gases. When combined with Donaldson filter elements, it provides solutions suitable for a wide range of applications. The PG-EG multi-series comes in six housing sizes, with flow rates ranging from 540 to 2700 m³/h (at absolute pressure of 1 bar). The housing features flange connections, and the surface is finished by electropolishing to Ra < 0.8 μm.

The PP100-HF elements manufactured under the ISO-9001 quality management system provide quality that satisfies our customers. The PP100-HF filter elements comply with FDA requirements for food contact according to CFR Title 21 and EC/1935/2004. The elements are produced in lengths of 1016mm and 1524mm (40 inches and 60 inches). They feature a plug connection end cap with a handle for easy and quick replacement.
