The Membrane Check is a portable, fully automatic filter integrity testing device that is easy to handle. In addition to integrity testing, it can be used as a calibration pressure gauge (0–6 bar) and can check volumes (such as the upstream volume of the filter housing). It comes with a printer, allowing for standalone on-site testing without the need to connect to a PC. At the brewery in Kochi Prefecture, they were considering not only serving beer at the restaurant adjacent to the factory but also offering it in cans with a longer shelf life and allowing for room temperature distribution. In addition to the clarification process, a sterilization process was also necessary, but they were exploring non-thermal methods to avoid compromising flavor. Donaldson's PP-Q elements are manufactured in a clean room to ensure high quality and compliance with market regulations. The PP-Q filter elements comply with FDA requirements for contact with food as per CFR Title 21, and all components meet the biological reactivity testing for USP Class VI plastics. Compressed air is an important process and energy medium applied in various fields of industrial production. The intake air of the compressor contains contaminants, pollutants, and moisture such as water vapor, which can condense within the compressed air system. This condensed water can lead to significant cost increases (due to corrosion, clogging, etc.). These costs can be avoided by using the Ultrapac(TM) smart adsorption dryer. 〇 It is an integrated pre-filter that retains solid particles and liquid aerosols (oil/water). 〇 The downstream adsorption dryer adsorbs moisture in the compressed air down to a pressure dew point of -40°C. 〇 The remaining solid fine particles are retained by the integrated after-filter.

The (P)-GSL N filter element provides very economical pre-filtration and final filtration with a stainless steel filter medium that can be regenerated through ultrasonic cleaning and backwashing. It is designed to handle high-viscosity liquids and has a robust structure that can withstand a maximum differential pressure of 10 bar (flow from outside to inside). It meets the requirements for food contact applications in accordance with the US FDA CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) Title 21 and the EU requirements for food contact applications in accordance with European EC/1935/2004.

Its unique features allow for the filtration of various solvents, such as vapors from MEK, ketones, and UV applications that occur in the printing environment. The HD high-pressure housing complies with the requirements of the European Directive 2014/68/EU regarding pressure vessels.

With a robust structure, (P)-SM N is also suitable for filtering high-viscosity liquids and can withstand pressure losses of up to 0.5 MPa. (Flow from outside to inside) Additionally, it can be used at high temperatures (standard product: up to 150°C, welded end cap: up to 200°C).
