Coreless/particulate filters for capturing aerosols of oil and water, as well as particles from non-corrosive gases of compressed air and fluid group 2 (non-hazardous gases) and some non-corrosive gases from fluid group 1 (hazardous gases), in compliance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. Innovative filtration technology: Pleated high-performance filter media that maintains a high retention rate at low differential pressure. Verified performance data in accordance with ISO 12500: Compressed air quality in accordance with ISO 8573-1. Flow-optimized design enables economical compressed air purification with minimal pressure loss (energy cost savings).

The innovative filtration technology UltraPleat(R) maintains a high retention rate at low differential pressure by folding high-performance filter media with a special coating (oil-repellent/hydrophobic) into pleats. Verified performance data in accordance with ISO 12500: Compressed air quality in accordance with ISO 8573-1. Achieves economical compressed air purification through flow optimization design and minimal pressure loss (savings on energy costs). A unique feature that allows changing the flow direction of coreless filters and particle filters by altering the position of the coding clip on the filter bowl.

This series offers 18 different sizes, accommodating flow rates from 60 to 19,200 Nm3/H at 0.7 MPa. With Donaldson's UF plug connection, the element is always securely fixed in place. Additionally, the modular structure allows for various element types to be installed in the housing, enabling adaptation of the elements according to changing operating conditions.

Similar to compressed air, steam is considered a utility used to transmit energy, and both are distributed to various points of use within a facility after being generated by a single device. Depending on the intended use or whether there is contact with the final product, filtration is necessary to prevent contamination within the process. The 'P-SLF Box' developed for food and beverage manufacturing processes that require air free of bacteria and particulate matter. With eight box sizes ranging from 0.5 to 15㎥/min (18 to 529 cfm), it can produce sterile air in a cost-effective manner. The P-SLF Box is available in both portable and fixed versions and can be sterilized with saturated steam.

The PG-EG single housing is a product developed for the filtration of compressed air and industrial gases. By combining it with filter cartridges of various collection rates, it accommodates a wide range of applications. The PG-EG housing is available in six sizes and supports flow rates of 7.5 to 360 m³/h at a pressure of 0.1 MPa. The housing features an electropolished surface treatment with Ra < 0.8 μm.

By using filters for the removal of residual yeast and bacteria, we provide microbial stabilization that eliminates the need for heat treatment. Donaldson's process cartridge filters are available for beer filtration and low-temperature stabilization. *Low-temperature stabilization: Instead of low-temperature pasteurization, sterilizing filtration is performed to remove microorganisms that cause spoilage.* We offer a range of sizes with flow capacities from small flows up to approximately 2400 Ltr/H. Donaldson's PP-Q elements are manufactured in a clean room to ensure high quality and compliance with market regulations. The PP-Q filter elements comply with FDA requirements for contact with food as per CFR Title 21, and all components meet the biological reactivity testing for USP Class VI plastics. These elements are produced in continuous lengths from 254mm to 1016mm (10 inches to 40 inches) in increments of 254mm (10 inches). They are also available in industry-standard end cap configurations.

At the brewery in Kochi Prefecture, they were considering not only serving beer at the restaurant adjacent to the factory but also offering it in cans with a longer shelf life and allowing for room temperature distribution. In addition to the clarification process, a sterilization process was also necessary, but they were exploring non-thermal methods to avoid compromising flavor. Donaldson LifeTec(TM) series. Developed with a focus on maintaining the purity of liquids and gases and the quality of products, achieving longer filter durability. The LifeTec series offers a selection of EPDM or silicone O-rings to suit your usage environment. LifeTec filters using silicone O-rings maintain food safety compliance and exhibit robust sealing and flexibility even under extreme temperatures. Additionally, the use of silicone O-rings makes it easier to install and remove cartridges from the filter housing. For applications where chemical resistance through CIP is a priority, the EPDM option is recommended.

The Membrane Check is a portable, fully automatic filter integrity testing device that is easy to handle. In addition to integrity testing, it can be used as a calibration pressure gauge (0–6 bar) and can check volumes (such as the upstream volume of the filter housing). It comes with a printer, allowing for standalone on-site testing without the need to connect to a PC.
