The vertical and horizontal movements are driven by a motorized remote control, while the planar movement is facilitated by casters. The movement of each movable axis is measured by encoders, and this information is used to automatically align the measurement patches. NC machines with hydraulic applications generally lack stability in terms of noise, heat, and performance compared to servo motor-type machines. However, hydraulic systems have the significant advantage of being compact and providing high torque, which is essential for large machines. We have resolved many of the disadvantages of hydraulics by directly connecting servo motors to a dual-rotation hydraulic pump. Since all control of pumps and cylinders (including servo flow, thrust, and position control) is performed by servo motors, handling is also easy. By adopting this new hydraulic control device, the "DDV Servo Pump," you will achieve high efficiency, with the motor capacity reduced to half, lower running costs, and less heat generation.
