We have started providing the functionality to incorporate output data from the delivery planning system "Delivery Desk" into the vehicle operation management system "Eagle Sight." The vehicle operation management system "Eagle Sight" enables data integration with "Delivery Desk," which supports the automation and optimization of dispatch operations, allowing for the monitoring of progress against delivery plans and providing visibility into the current status of the ever-changing delivery environment. <Data Integration Benefits> - In addition to the current vehicle location (*1), we provide highly accurate estimated arrival times using VICS traffic information (real-time traffic information). - We support prompt responses to customers by quickly catching delays in delivery plans and recovering with other vehicles. (*1) The device for obtaining vehicle location can be either a dedicated GPS terminal or a smartphone of your choice.

Expansion of the Number of Vehicles for Area Specification 　　In the function that allows setting vehicles capable of handling a specified area (city/ward/street), the number of vehicles that can be set has been increased from 1 to a maximum of 6, enabling more flexible planning.
