Shinko Techno Co., Ltd., which is responsible for mechanical and control design within the Kobe Steel Group, designs various machines and devices that contribute to environmental protection, resource conservation, and energy saving. Rasco Co., Ltd., which primarily develops and manufactures clean environment and temperature/humidity control devices for the semiconductor and LCD industries, is based on the spirit of creativity and innovation to meet customer needs, with the slogan "The Power to Shape." Zuken Inc. has acquired 100% of the issued shares of Alpha Tech Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, President: Yukio Hosokawa, hereinafter referred to as "Alpha Tech") and made it a subsidiary. Alpha Tech develops, sells, and supports the CAD application package "ACAD-DENKI" for the electrical industry, as well as selling and customizing 2D/3D general-purpose mechanical CAD, providing various solutions and services primarily to customers in the mechatronics field. By making Alpha Tech, a manufacturer specializing in control panels with a strong track record in the design and manufacturing of industrial machinery and production equipment in our country, a subsidiary, Zuken will gain a broad customer base in the mechatronics field, not only with major equipment manufacturers but also with their suppliers. By proposing Zuken's control design software "E3.series" and data management products in combination with Alpha Tech's products to this customer base, we will provide consistent solutions and support throughout the supply chain from upstream to downstream.
