"Pyrocoat" On-site repairs for GL equipment are now possible. We will perform on-site repairs for glass lining equipment.
Business Activities
Repair using Pyrocoat (a thermosetting resin primarily composed of alumina ceramic). Since the year 2000, repairs have been made at approximately 600 locations in about 300 factories. We will investigate the causes of GL damage and implement countermeasures (such as repairs). Additionally, we conduct regular inspections and diagnostics of GL surfaces. Repairs using epoxy resin. Tantalum repairs. On-site repairs of rubber lining. Pyrocoat is not only used for GL repairs but also for coatings aimed at corrosion and wear resistance for powder processing equipment, towers, and tanks at a dedicated factory.
