コスモシステム Company Overview

Heating only the resin welding area with unique infrared technology! Complete welding of 3D shapes without any damage! No resin adhesion with non-contact heating.

This is a welding technology that achieves high welding strength and a clean finish without any burrs in a short time through non-contact infrared heating. 【Features】 ■ Increases productivity and reliability of resin welding Since only the areas exposed to light can be melted without contact, there is no thermal impact on other areas, and no heater resin adhesion. ■ No damage to the interior of the workpiece By masking, infrared light is irradiated only on the welding line for melting, ensuring no thermal impact on components such as substrates, motors, or resin gears inside the resin workpiece. ■ No impact from welding burrs Since the welding area is completely melted, even if burrs appear on the surface, they do not fall off, resulting in a clean shape. Welding without producing burrs is also possible with a burr trap. ■ Complete airtight welding even for difficult-to-weld resin materials High melting point resin materials are completely melted before welding, achieving welding strength close to the base material strength and ensuring complete airtight welding. A wide range of welding conditions can be realized. ■ Minimal influence from warping or dimensional variations of the workpiece, allowing for 3D shape welding lines By adjusting the output of the infrared light separately for the melting areas, it is possible to uniformly melt the entire welding line at once and apply pressure, enabling melt replacement welding. ■ No restrictions on the color of the resin workpiece Complete welding is possible even with combinations of workpieces of different colors, such as transparent, white, and black.
