NSW (Nihon Systemware Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, President and CEO Naoki Tada), an IT solution provider, has started offering the manufacturing cell production support system "digicell" Ver 4.0 from October 2, 2017. "digicell" is a system that guides workers on the production floor using videos, images, and audio to navigate work tasks and collect work performance data. It also collaborates with tools and parts shelves to check for mistakes such as picking the wrong parts, forgetting to pick parts, and neglecting to tighten screws. These features help reduce training time for workers, facilitate the transfer of skills, and minimize human errors. In this version upgrade, we have officially supported Windows 10 (32-bit/64-bit) in response to customer needs. As a result, "digicell" now supports both Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.

~Seamless Integration of the Production Management System 'Denno Factory' and the PDM System 'Base-Right'~ Ex, a solution vendor for the manufacturing industry (headquartered in Nishi-ku, Osaka, CEO: Atsushi Dō), and NSW, an independent IT solution provider (Nihon Systemware Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and Executive Officer: Masashi Aoki), have developed an integration module for Ex's production management system 'Factory-ONE Denno Factory MF' (hereinafter referred to as Denno Factory) and NSW's PDM (Product Data Management) system 'Base-Right.' Sales will begin on June 1. This integration aims to improve work efficiency across design and manufacturing operations, reduce costs, and support the revitalization of medium and small manufacturing companies. Notably, there have already been inquiries from several companies regarding this integration module, with one company currently progressing with the implementation project.
