Our company primarily engages in on-site maintenance aimed at system preservation. We have inherited the technical culture from the era of mechanical counting machines that thrived half a century ago, and we have been involved in the development, manufacturing, and maintenance of interpreters, card counters, and online terminals. As a result, our technical staff is capable of providing meticulous maintenance services. We perform not only unit replacements but also delicate adjustments such as tension, friction, and balance. The gauge specifications in technical manuals, which are set at 1/100 millimeter order, often do not take into account factors like humidity, atmospheric dust, oil film thickness, and wear degradation, leading to frequent incompatibility in the field. Machines in the FA and OA sectors each have their own unique characteristics, requiring tailored adjustments. Additionally, in Japan, which experiences four distinct seasons, the impact of humidity particularly affects conditions. This can be considered universal. Similarly, the technical expertise we have accumulated over the past quarter-century is applied in various situations. With the skills to perform this maintenance, we are expanding from the equipment sector into the facilities sector.
