REALIZE Corporation will inherit the material handling robots and collaborative robots (MoMA series) business that ciRobotics Corporation has been developing, due to changes in the robot business structure within the FIG Group, and will centrally develop these operations starting January 1, 2026. By consolidating the robot business that has been conducted by the two companies into REALIZE, we aim to integrate development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service, thereby enhancing rapid product development, improving quality, and strengthening a unified support system with a single point of contact. There will be no changes to the products and services provided to existing customers as a result of this succession. After January 1, 2026, REALIZE will continue to handle all support, including after-sales service. Furthermore, ciRobotics will focus on developing its drone business in the future. REALIZE will combine the technology cultivated by ciRobotics with its own business promotion capabilities to provide higher quality products and a robust support system.
