The railway division utilizes the know-how cultivated over a long history with guidance from organizations such as the Railway Technical Research Institute and other railway-related companies to manufacture and sell various electronic measuring instruments for railways (measuring devices, detectors, signal generators) and other specialized products. In the precision positioning division, we have successfully controlled piezo actuators, which are actively used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, optical devices, and for positioning within vacuum equipment.
